We love group volunteers! Second Chance can host companies or groups up to 10 people who want to volunteer at our adoption center to support our mission. Youth groups must have an assigned chaperone. Available volunteer activities include cleaning and organizing tasks, administrative tasks, and socializing with animals located at the center.
Company/Group Volunteering
Our group volunteers:
- Help us save and care for cats and dogs by helping with our facility organization and animal socialization needs.
- Work together as a group on tasks around the center like cleaning, organizing, and putting together adoption folders.
- Spend time socializing with the animals at the center to give them lots of love and playtime.
Other information:
- Note: Group volunteering events are sometimes full. Please bear with us if this happens, as we’ll be eager to get your group in just as soon as possible!
- Time Commitment: Group sessions are approximately two hours long.
- Location: Group activities occur at the adoption center.
