Watch curiosity turn into confidence.
Love kittens? We thought so! Fostering lets you care for these adorable fluffballs for 1–2 months, giving them a safe, loving home while they learn to be the perfect companions for their future families.
How Kitten Fostering Works
Kitten fostering is a bit different from dog fostering – we arrange kitten foster placements before bringing in a litter. Since kittens need their littermates for socialization and comfort, fostering always involves more than one, whether a full or partial litter.
Kitten fostering usually last 1-2 months. Once your foster kittens have healed from their spay/neuter, they’ll be listed for adoption. If not adopted by their 4-5 month birthday, they’ll move to our Adoption Center. Ready for some kitten-fueled fun? Apply to foster, and we’ll match you with the cutest little furballs you’ve ever seen!

Please understand...
Summers are “Kitten Season” – generally, this is when we have the most kittens in our program and the greatest need for kitten foster caregivers.
Please understand that there are times when our kitten fostering needs are met and we don’t have more kittens to foster. If this happens, please be patient and feel free to check back. While you wait, we welcome you to volunteer for a Cat Care shift at our Adoption Center to satisfy your “kitten urge”!
