Refund Policy

Donation Refund Policy

All donations to Second Chance are considered final. Refunds may be given at the discretion of Second Chance.

A transaction fee will be deducted from any donation refunds to cover the cost of processing the transaction.

Donation Errors

If an error has been made in connection with your donation, please contact us at secondchance@secondchancenc.org

We will endeavor to correct any donation errors.

Special Event Ticket Sales

Ticket sales to Special Events and Fundraisers are not refundable, except in the situation where Second Chance cancels an event.
