Hi! My name is...

Ryder

At just 1 year old, Ryder is a big boy with an even bigger love for his fellow dogs! This possible Great Pyrenees mix is a social butterfly who thinks every dog he meets is a potential new best friend. If they want to play, fantastic! If they don’t? Well, he might have a few opinions about that. 😂 He’s still learning that not everyone is ready to join his party, but he’s a good listener when redirected and is working on his doggy manners. Ryder is a friendly, confident guy who takes new experiences in stride. He was a total hit at a recent event, happily accepting attention from people while keeping a close eye on the real stars of the show: the other dogs! He handled the hustle and bustle like a champ, enjoyed his outings, and even braved the rain to take care of business. He also did well on leash, although with those long legs and that big body, you’ll want to keep an eye out for an enthusiastic Ryder wraparound! This handsome boy is still very much a teenager in a big, fluffy body. He’s got some manners to learn, boundaries to practice, and plenty of growing up to do. He’ll thrive with a family committed to positive, consistent training, a predictable routine, and helping him channel all that enthusiasm into becoming the best boy he can be. Ryder has so much potential, and with the right guidance, he’s going to make a wonderful companion. A home with a compatible canine friend could be a huge bonus, especially if that friend enjoys his enthusiastic approach to friendship. If you’re looking for a big-hearted, larger-than-life pup who’s ready to learn, explore, and make friends everywhere he goes, Ryder might just be your guy!
