Lee joined the Second Chance Board in January 2025. Born and raised in Durham with several family cats, he returned to his hometown in 1999 with his wife Darielle to raise their three children and beloved dog Roscoe. Lee and his family, all devoted animal lovers, have fostered more than 50 kittens through the Animal Protection Society of Durham. Lee has worked in Human Resources leadership positions across a range of technology and life sciences companies and brings his HR expertise and passion for animal welfare to Second Chance to help support our mission and growth.
