Annalie contributes her expertise in organizational strategy, process optimization, technology enablement and governance to the Second Chance Board. With more than two decades of experience driving HR transformation, data-driven decision-making, and service excellence, she is committed to using her skills to support the mission and community impact. Annalie has lived in Raleigh for 15 years with her husband, Gary, and their two rescue dogs, Blue and Skye. She previously lived in England with rescue cats, despite Gary’s cat allergy!
