She is the sweetest of the bunch and a total snuggler who melts into your arms the second you pick her up, but she has plenty of sass when she needs it and stands up to her brother and sister without blinking. Annabel Lee is available as part of our Foster to Adopt Program - what this means is that her adoptive family (once approved through the adoption process), will act as her foster family until she is of age to be spayed and her puppy vaccinations are completed. This is because puppies will have several clinic visits for vaccination updates and our veterinary partners are all in the Raleigh, NC area.
