For Immediate Release – Proceeds Benefit Second Chance Pet Adoptions
On Saturday, September 17, Second Chance will hold its 16th annual “Evening of Pawsibilities” fundraiser at the North Ridge Country Club. Gala guests will enjoy decadent dinner, desserts, and drinks; live and silent auctions (now with online mobile bidding technology); a wine pull; a mobile photo booth; visiting with adorable, adoptable guests; and playing the raffle (prizes include a $500 Visa gift card, a Big Green Egg grill package, and a $750 gift card to the Umstead Hotel and Spa). This event will be a great time for a great cause!
Tickets for the event (which runs from 6:30 to 10:00 p.m.) are on sale now here on the Second Chance website. They are $85 per person, and event tickets purchased before Sunday, August 28 will include a free drink ticket. Raffle tickets may also be purchased here on the website, and raffle ticket holders need not be present at the event to win.
Dave Ballesteros, President of the Second Chance Board of Directors, says of the event, “The Evening of Pawsibilities is our largest fundraiser, and we are so grateful to the community for their participation and support. It’s great to see everyone having a wonderful time while also providing the needed resources to help us further our mission.” To support the mission of the oldest no-kill rescue in Wake County, buy your event and raffle tickets and prepare to preview (and bid on!) select auction items beginning September 6.
