Shipping/pick-up policies for remote attendees:
- Guests who attend the event in-person will pick up their purchased items at the end of the night before leaving the venue.
- The raffle prize will be emailed to the winner by October 10, 2024.
- Those who win/purchase gift cards, greeting cards, jewelry, or a combination of the above can have their items sent via mail, at no cost to you (U.S. only). Smaller items may be eligible for shipping as well.
- IF you are interested in purchasing an item that you would need to have shipped, please email mia@secondchancenc.org with the item number BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR BID to inquire about the possibility of shipping and any anticipated expenses PRIOR TO FRIDAY, OCTOBER 4. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but we unfortunately can not guarantee that all items can/should be shipped. Shipping is US only.
- For our local remote attendees, or our out-of-town attendees, all items must be picked up by the winners, or someone sent on their behalf, at our adoption center in Raleigh, NC between Monday, October 7 and and Friday, October 25, 2024.
- Unless otherwise discussed, all items not picked up by Monday, October 28 will be considered donations back to our organization to be used at a future event to raise money for the animals.
- WINE AND ALCOHOL CAN NOT BE SHIPPED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
