PLEASE NOTE: The choices you make are your own; Second Chance will not reorder items if, upon receiving the item, you regret your choice of photo, color, etc. Of course, items received that are exceptionally poor in quality or damaged, or items that are lost, should be reported to Second Chance so we can assist with a suitable replacement, as we want you to love your prize!
Additionally, if you have questions about an item–such as whether you can use a horse’s photo instead of a dog’s, or how long the necklace length is, and so on–please click through to the seller’s Etsy page to see what details they have shared. If you have questions about an item that you can’t find an answer to, please let us know so we can ask the seller for you.

A NOTE ABOUT TIMING: Winners will be announced at the event on May 7. They will also be contacted the week of May 8 to discuss prize selection and customization. We will work as hard as possible to place your order as soon as you’ve made your decisions and each item will ship to the address of your choice directly from the seller; each Etsy seller’s shipping time is specified in their listings, and Second Chance cannot be held responsible for their shipping timeframes. Of course, we are happy to assist with any delays, but ultimately, the sellers’ practices are their own.
