Shipping/pick-up policies:
- The raffle prize (#10) will be delivered via email.
- The costume contest prizes can be sent to the winner (at no additional cost) via mail (U.S. only).
- Those who win/purchase ONLY gift cards (#101, #103, #104, #107, #108, #200-307, #309-311), jewelry (#105, #111, #600-685), greeting cards (#728-744), Dogs of the Triangle books (#745), Modern Christmas Trees (#102 and #308), or a combination of the above can have their items sent via mail (at no cost to you; U.S. only); please note that the items may ship as late as Nov. 13, 2020. All other items must be picked up by the winners, or someone sent on their behalf, in Raleigh, NC by Jan. 15, 2021; unless otherwise discussed, items not picked up by Jan. 15, 2021 will be considered donated back to us.
- Wine and alcohol cannot be shipped.
- If there is an item (outside of those named above) that you are interested in but would need shipped, please email rachel@secondchancenc.org (& include the item number) before you place your bid to inquire about the possibility. We will accommodate any request that we can, but please know we’re prioritizing our ability to safely ship your item (without damage) & the preservation of resources for animals; an offer to cover the cost of shipping can be arranged.
