I'd like to give you all an update on Miss Marla. From the moment we brought her home, she was a doll. She just made herself at home like she had always been there. Every day I see a new part of her personality coming through, and she is just a doll baby. So loving, and so much fun! She plays with her mousey and even likes her scratching post.
She has a routine and we hear some serious playing around at about 5 in the morning, and 11 at night. She likes the upstairs at night because she can sit in one big window and look out at the city lights.
She also likes to nap on her back with all four feet up in the air!
That just cracks us up!
She is a little afraid of our big dog, and she flicks her ears back and hisses at him whenever he gets near, but she doesn't run, and they just coexist in their respective places. Our little dog gets her feelings hurt because Marla won't really play with her, but all in all, the dog-cat situation is working fine.
We are just so, so truly happy with her. She is fun, she is loving, and she loves attention, so we give her lots. Her disposition is just perfect for our home. We couldn't have made a better choice!
