Description: Perkie was named Perkie because he is so full of life. He loves to play and is a very loving pup. He has been around cats and other dogs without problems. When he is around other dogs, he just wants to play until he is so tired he can't stand up. Perkie would like to have an owner that is willing to give him lots of attention. Even at his size he likes to lay on your lap while you play with his ears. He listens well and just wants his owner to be happy with him and love him and praise him. He will bark when someone comes around but his tail will be wagging the whole time because he just wants to play and has never met a stranger. When he talks he does tend to have a hound dog howl which is hilarious and really cute. He has a blanket that he likes to sleep with and lay on. Perkie loves to ride in the car and behaves when he does. Perkie does require some chew toys and is especially fond of kongs with peanut butter. He will make someone or some family a great companion.
